Chad Enders, Founder & President of Clearbrook Builders, LLC Since 1991, Chad Enders has had vast experience and success developing his career in residential building and has created beautiful, functional living spaces for several hundreds of homeowners. His career began with a local home builder in Cleveland, Ohio as a Construction Superintendent.After directing the on-site work of hundreds of homes and working his way up to Project Manager, Chad headed south to Virginia in 2001 to become a Project Manager with Toll Brothers in South Riding.In 2004, he became the first Division President for Dan Ryan Builders, simultaneously managing the Winchester, VA and Martinsburg, WV divisions. Today, Chad is happy to offer his design, construction management, and on-site expertise to homeowners in Northern Virginia and West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle.His focus with Clearbrook Builders is working closely with each homeowner to create a positive building experience... designing & building homes, additions, and remodeled spaces to fit individual needs.
